Anna Maggi-Brown is a ceramic artist based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She aspires to illustrate her experiences moving to San Francisco, exploring the city, and meeting new people. Through the ceramic medium, Maggi-Brown showcases a style of ceramics that intertwines the traditional practices of pottery with elements of abstract sculpture and handbuilding. She hopes to prolong the craft of and the history behind hand made pottery, by reviving within her artwork.
